Vince Riffe wants to be the next mayor of the City of Ripley. Tom Susman spoke with Riffe about why he's running and what his vision for the city is. Tom also attended Rural Health Care Day at the State Capitol in Charleston on Monday. He caught up with Rich Sutphin of the Rural Health Association; Dr. Jim Nimitz, the President of the West Virginia School of Osteopathic Medicine in Lewisburg; and Dr. Steven Eshenaur, an emergency room physician who provides coverage for Jackson General Hospital in Ripley, Roane General in Spencer and Minne Hamilton Health in Grantsville.
